How do I know when my delivery has been made?

All customers depending on their preferences will receive confirmation of completion of delivery via email, call or text within minutes of a job completion.

 

What temperature monitoring do you do?

We keep manual records of temperature reader.

How do I make a booking?

You can give us a call and we will email you our Delivery/Collection Order Form or alternatively the order form can be found and downloaded from our web site (see Contact Us tab).  

How do I pay? What payment methods do you accept?

You can pay by cash or bank transfer. Credit or debit card payments will be available soon. If you have an account with us you will be invoiced on standard 30 days term.

 

Do you do chilled deliveries?

Yes, we do. We would always transport goods within your required temperature range. 

Do you do frozen deliveries?

Yes, we can carry frozen goods.  

Do you do same day deliveries?

Yes, all goods will be delivered directly to your required destination the same day. 

Can I request a specific delivery window?

Yes, we can offer specific collection and delivery windows.

What areas do you cover?

We offer a nationwide service covering all regions of the UK.

Do you do deliveries abroad?

No, currently we don't provide such a service.

Do you offer refrigerated storage?

No, we don't provide such a service.

Will my goods be secure?

Yes, all our deliveries are carried by a well maintained and serviced vehicles. 

What size of parcels can you deliver?

We specialise in bulk deliveries - up to 3 pallets per load with possibility of dropping in multi locations. Should you have any other queries (e.g. samples) please email us or call.
